I.C.A is a family run business that has been established since 2008. Owned and managed by Ian Collins, we have a reputation for outstanding service.
Ian Collins
With nearly 25 years experience in the automotive industry, Ian has built up a wealth of mechanical and technical knowledge within the VAG group.
Ian is a qualified Audi Master Technician, continually updating his knowledge with training in the latest VAG vehicle systems. Ian was a lead technician for Audi for 8 years and a senior technician at Mercedes Benz. He prides himself on his high standards of workmanship.
How we work
Based in Bilsborrow, Preston, the garage is a purpose built, modern facility. At all times, we aim to keep you fully informed and you’ll deal direct with the technician responsible for the work to your car.
As an independent company you can be assured of the best possible prices, as we can keep our labour costs lower than main dealers. You’ll still benefit from the same level of diagnostics as the main dealers and we only offer genuine VAG parts too. That way your manufacturers’ warranty and servicing history will not be affected.
We offer a courtesy car service to our customers, please just ask us about this when you book in.
As well as looking after and specialising in new and used VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda vehicles, we also Service and repair prestige vehicles such as Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes and BMW.
